DCSZ Resilience Shining through Online Learning

Due to the sudden Covid-19 situation in Suzhou, we started online learning this week from Tuesday. Within this difficult time, everyone needs to be stronger and keep a positive mindset.
We use live lessons as the mainstay of our online learning provision, ensuring all students have quality time with their teachers and peers each day. The teachers have worked hard to develop engaging learning experiences and to ensure that there is no loss to learning despite not being on the physical campus so that the curriculum coverage is moving at the expected pace.
Let's see some precious online learning moments from our teachers and students!

“I encourage all families to continue to apply diligence to careful management of movement, interactions, and hygiene so as to minimize risk of infection. I appreciate all of the support, help and resilience from you because I know how challenging it is to monitor your children to learn online, but at the same time also finish your own daily work. Please take care and let us stay together,” said Dr Mike O’Connor, our Headmaster, “Ensure to stay in touch and to continue to all support each other. If any of our families are locked down and need very urgent support, please reach out to the College office and we will try to help you in any way we can.”
Please take care of yourself and keep safe. Let's keep our fingers crossed for Suzhou and hope to see you back on campus soon!
